Project Morningstar - Acavii Coinage

Work on Project Morningstar hasn't officially kicked off yet. It's still a team of 1/7 while I draft design documents and set up the budget and schedule. But outside of the adult work of breaking down documentation into digestible work tickets and creating a minimum viable product assessment, I've allowed myself to make some art.

The Acavii Empire is one of the 4 major factions in Morningstar. Descended from Roman Empire Legionaries abducted in the 1st Century on Earth, they were dropped off on Morgana Fragment with little else but the clothes on their backs 450 years before you arrive. In that time their original scattered tribes have forged a nation with a rich tapestry of events and ruling Caesars (and one Caesastrix) which can be seen on their coinage, called a "Denarus."

There will be 3 sizes of Denarus and 3 materials: Gold, Silver, Copper, and Large, Medium, Small. They're treated the same as any commodity, by the base value of the material and by weight x volume.
