Part of the quest "Waters at her Feet" in Fallout; New California, the Twin Mothers are statues from before the Great War repurposed by the Black Vulture Tribe as icons of their raider cult. inlaid with gold and lovingly painted, these twin statues frame Atl Irepani, the Black Vulture prophet, as he dispenses wisdom and water for Elsdragon's army.
